Tickets for the Twentieth Starlight Gala - May 27, 2023

Gala Sponsorship Campaign is in motion from January 1st – March 24th.

Individual tickets for Gala are priced at $125 each, and are distributed beginning April 1st, BUT the ticket wait list starts to build on January 1st.  Emails MUST be directed to [email protected] so that tickets can be distributed in the order that the requests were sent in.  People who request tickets will not hear from the ticket chair until April 1st at the earliest (unless they have a question about your request for tickets).

The ticket wait list is the only way to reserve individual tickets.  We expect heightened interest for the upcoming Gala.  If you would like tickets, we recommend you email your request early to avoid disappointment. 

We are looking forward to an exciting evening with all our guests, as we celebrate the Twentieth Starlight Gala in support of our local hospital.

CKNX Health Care Heroes Radiothon 2022

Held on the third Saturday in October, the Health Care Heroes Radiothon raises funds for local area hospitals. 

During Radiothon, tune in to the broadcast all day on AM920 and cknx.ca, or catch updates on the hour on 101.7 The One and Cool 94.5.  Listeners will hear heartwarming patient stories and descriptions of equipment needed at each participating hospital.  

For 2022, the goal was to raise $125,000 for two colonoscopes and one gastroscope for Surgical Services.  We are happy to report we surpassed that goal and the total donations are over $166,000!  We cannot thank our community enough for the generosity shown to this campaign and our hospital.  It's through your support that we can purchase this needed equipment.

Twentieth Starlight Gala

We couldn't be more pleased to announce that the "Twentieth Starlight Gala" is scheduled for Saturday, May 27 and will be held at the PMD Arena Complex in Drayton.  Join with us as we support our local hospital!  Our gala evening will include a gourmet meal, entertainment, live & silent auctions, as well as other activities to ensure a wonderful evening.  As always, the Gala team of volunteers will be transforming our venue, and this we'll be rolling back the years to "The Roaring Twenties"!

The profit from each Gala is directed to the highest priority needs of the hospital.  Our Gala fundraising efforts will be focused on ensuring that our medical professionals receive the vitally needed equipment.  Without the fundraising efforts of the Foundation and the support of our communities, we would be unable to ensure that our hospital has the best equipment possible to care for our patients.  Our Foundation is committed to supporting our hospital in its quest for excellence in rural health care and providing "Quality Care Close To Home".
